On the owner side, Bob leads Tect's Earth'smart™ practice delivering 100+ year homes engineered to perform across structure, systems and envelope for homeowners across Northern, Central and Southern California — homes built to withstand fire, flood and earthquake exposure while minimizing long-term maintenance cost. On the manufacturer side, Bob leads the tect network of nearly 70 participating building product manufacturers and the Manufacturer Resource Hub, helping manufacturer CEOs, sales and marketing leaders, technical leadership and product representatives understand how architects actually choose products, contribute earlier in design, build genuine product-category expertise, form complementary alliances, and make credible human expertise discoverable in search and AI.
