On-Site Suppression
We plan integrated on-site fire suppression strategies, including dedicated water supply concepts and site-scale vapor dome system coordination to support fire-event response for resilient residential projects.
Earth'smart powered by tect delivers integrated fire suppression installation services in California for homeowners who want safer, more resilient homes built to perform for generations. From on-site water strategies to non-combustible assemblies and coordinated system planning, our approach supports homes facing California’s humid seasons, storm exposure, and evolving safety expectations.

Integrated suppression, resilient systems, and coordinated delivery for homes designed to reduce fire risk and perform long term.

AIA — Founder, Architect and Manufacturer Advisor
Bob Habian, AIA, brings a rare cross-sided perspective to the building industry: he has been a licensed architect specifying products, a building product manufacturer owner selling them, and an advisor to more than 300 manufacturers working to reach architects and project teams more effectively. That combination sits behind everything tect does. On the owner side, Bob leads Tect's Earth'smart™ practice delivering 100+ year homes engineered to perform across structure, systems and envelope for homeowners across Northern, Central and Southern California — homes built to withstand fire, flood and earthquake exposure while minimizing long-term maintenance cost. On the manufacturer side, Bob leads the tect network of nearly 70 participating building product manufacturers and the Manufacturer Resource Hub, helping manufacturer CEOs, sales and marketing leaders, technical leadership and product representatives understand how architects actually choose products, contribute earlier in design, build genuine product-category expertise, form complementary alliances, and make credible human expertise discoverable in search and AI. His consistent argument to manufacturers is that project teams do not need another channel that exposes products — they need trustworthy expertise available at the moment a decision is forming. Bob draws on AIA specification research, anonymized patterns from work across hundreds of manufacturers, and direct experience on both sides of the specification conversation.
Fire suppression installation cost depends on the home’s size, site conditions, water supply requirements, system type, construction phase, and how deeply the suppression strategy is integrated with the building envelope. tect’s broader turnkey delivery conversations include budget ranges such as under $2M, $2M–$5M, and $5M+, but a focused suppression scope requires project-specific review.
